NOBODY'S COMING BACK TO URANUS is a sci-fi  reboot of “Traffic,” Kenneth Goldsmith’s appropriation of New York City radio reports.  Famous bridges, streets and other landmarks of New York City have been replaced with references borrowed from the disciplines of astronomy and B-movie science fiction. The result is a George Jetson-esque rush hour, a story all about things not moving in outer space that still retains what Goldsmith called the “absolute textual gridlock” of the original work.
